We have been successful in reserving a very limited number of plots on this prestigious development in Georgia. With the allocation due to take place in mid_April 2006, there is a limited amount of time available to secure one of these premium plots.  

Plots of between one and six acres are available on the Coyote Springs phase of the development. The larger plots are designed for equestrian pursuits.

The resort is a private golf and equestrian resort with a full array of amenities including a Roy Case Signature course and a Nick Faldo course.  Equestrian facilities include an indoor arena and over 10  miles of bridle trails. Other facilities include swimming pools, tennis courts, atheletic fields and several miles of jogging and bike trails.

The Briar Rose Sporting Club will include lodge, world-class sporting clay course, upland game hunting, skeet and trap shooting ranges, fly fishing, canoeing and an ATV course.
